Creative Version Approvals: Keep the Published Target Connected to the Decision

A team can approve one creative version and accidentally order on another if the records are unclear. KhmerBoosting helps retain accepted purchase references, while your workflow should explain which content was reviewed. Keep draft approval, public publication and service acceptance as distinct states rather than assuming they identify the same event.
Reader note: Service availability, targeting and delivery depend on the individual listing. Review platform rules and the current Services catalogue before ordering. The illustrations are conceptual, not actual campaign results.
Name the reviewed version
Use a descriptive version label and record the purpose of the content. Note material changes to the offer, caption or destination rather than silently replacing an earlier draft. A thumbnail or filename alone may not identify the exact reviewed message. Keep the approval record clear enough that another teammate can understand what was actually authorized without receiving account credentials.
Verify the published destination
After publication, open the actual public link and compare the content with the reviewed version. A draft address should not substitute for the destination required by a service. Check the selected listing's format and current conditions. If the public content changed materially, clarify the intended purchase before spending rather than assume the original approval covers every replacement.

Record service acceptance separately
Add the KhmerBoosting order ID and accepted charge only after submission succeeds. Preparation or creative approval is not proof of a completed transaction. Keep each new purchase distinguishable so a colleague does not repeat it while trying to locate the approved version. Do not assume another accepted order edits the first or automatically corrects its target.
Review evidence without inflation
Use operational references for delivery and cost questions, then evaluate genuine audience responses separately. Identify purchased activity accurately and review applicable platform requirements before future spending. A version approval documents a team decision; it does not establish platform endorsement or guarantee marketing results. Clear records support practical follow-up without manufacturing a causal success claim.
