Service IDs and Titles: Keep Your Purchase Reference Unambiguous

A service name helps you recognize an offer, while its ID helps identify the exact listing. KhmerBoosting customers should keep both when comparing services or preparing a support question. Similar wording is not proof of identical requirements, and a remembered title should not replace a check of the current offer.
Reader note: Service availability, targeting and delivery depend on the individual listing. Review platform rules and the current Services catalogue before ordering. The illustrations are conceptual, not actual campaign results.
Record the selected ID
Save the actual service reference beside the destination and intended purchase. Titles can contain similar platform names, quantities and marketing phrases. A short label such as Facebook views may therefore describe several different listings. Keeping the ID makes a team handoff more precise without requiring someone to guess which offer a screenshot or message originally referred to.
Compare descriptions independently
Check each listing's target format, billing unit and conditions even when the names appear almost identical. Do not borrow refill or delivery terms from another row. If an important requirement is missing, ask with the exact service ID before spending. A clear reference makes the question easier to review, but does not establish the unstated quality of the offer.

Distinguish service and order records
The service ID identifies the selected offer; the accepted order ID identifies a particular purchase. They are not interchangeable with payment references. Keep the relevant values labeled in campaign notes so support can locate the right event. Avoid placing a new order while expecting it to be merely another reference for the original transaction.
Review before another purchase
Return to the current KhmerBoosting listing before repeating a campaign. Confirm the target requirements and final charge rather than assuming an old screenshot still describes the offer. Keep paid metrics separate from genuine audience outcomes and review platform rules. Reference accuracy improves the operational trail, not the certainty of a marketing result.
